Through this analysis of my ventures resources and there VRIN capabilities, I believe that my top resource is the customers ability to become familiar with a specific driver and grow trust in that driver. This resource is more important to my venture than all other resources because it meets all of the VRIN requirements and, much like the relationship between a customer and their hair dresser, it is an aspect of my venture that would grow my customer loyalty and my brand equity.
Hey Nicole!
ReplyDeleteI want to first start off by saying that I liked the way you formatted your post for this assignment. It was straight forward and blunt. Overall, I agree with your conclusion, being able to become familiar with your driver is very important, since it makes you feel comfortable overall. Making your service, flexible and monthly cost economical, will help you be on top of your competitors as well.
Hey Nicole,
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with the conclusion you came to about your best advantage. Being able to get to know your clients one-on-one can make a huge difference between being successful and never being able to have a big company. I feel like especially with an older population like the one you are focusing on, instilling trust and having personal relationships will take you far.
